\nIl forno frazionale del villaggio di Progno (comune di Montescheno in Valle Antrona) fu costruito comunitariamente alla met\u00e0 del XIX secolo ed \u00e8 stato utilizzato dalla comunit\u00e0 contadina del luogo fino ai primi decenni del Novecento. Nel 2009 l\u2019amministrazione comunale ha avviato un intervento di restauro conservativo che ne ha permesso il riutilizzo da parte di una rinnovata dimensione comunitaria del villaggio. Durante l\u2019annuale \u201cFesta della segale\u201d vengono sfornati oltre 500 pani che vengono cotti ad una temperatura di 260-280 \u00b0. Il riutilizzo moderno del forno, il cui funzionamento \u00e8 diventato momento di identit\u00e0 di villaggio, vede anche la cottura della pizza in momenti di festa della rinnovata collettivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n
